For over 15 years, Mildred has led global teams (Swarovski, Carat) and helped leaders move through unseen roadblocks, reclaim their authentic voice, and lead with clarity and courage — without the inner push-pull of overthinking and self-doubt.

Session 4: Lead with courage and boundaries - face tough conversations and say no

FAQs

  • If you’ve been leading for some time but still find yourself overthinking, holding back, or feeling like leadership takes more effort than it should — yes, this is for you.

    This experience is designed for leaders who already know how to lead, but want to show up with more ease, trust their voice more fully, and feel grounded and authentic — especially in moments that matter.

  • We will meet 4x for 90 minutes every two weeks as a group.
    Between sessions, you’ll have coaching exercises and reflection prompts to support your learning. These will take a maximum of 30 minutes each week.

  • Good question — and important. This isn’t about more frameworks or models. It’s about shifting how you feel and show up day-to-day. Through coaching, reflection, and peer conversations, you’ll build real-time tools to stop overthinking, trust yourself more, and stay grounded when it counts.

  • Yes — and that’s essential to the experience.

    This will be a small, carefully curated group (max 8 participants) where confidentiality and trust are core. I create and hold spaces where honest, meaningful conversations can happen — and where you’ll feel supported, not judged.

  • You’ll have direct WhatsApp access to me for coaching and support during the program.

    Plus, for this first cohort only, you’ll receive a private 1:1 coaching session, which you can use up to one month after the program ends. This will be your space to go deeper and integrate the work in a more personal way.

  • The first cohort will begin in early June. You’ll be able to share your preferred day and time in the application form, and once the group is confirmed, I’ll set the schedule and share the final dates with everyone.
